Case Study :: Hbc Associate Credit Contest Campaign

The Hbc Associate Credit Contest Campaign was aimed at influencing Hbc Sales Associates to meet their goals for new Credit Card sign-ups in store.
The premise was simple. Create an exciting and engaging way to reward sales associates for performing well. In order to improve their performance over time and build the habit of proactively approaching/ card sign- ups and credit use. SDMG developed a online game: www.hbcassociatecreditcontest.com
The results were very exciting with just under 60,000 total qualifying game cards redeemed. Almost 95% of the stores across the Hbc Banners took part in the program.
